When a drop of liquid hits the gentle light inside the bowl, the blend comes to life and seeps out onto the surface. The translucent porcelain bowl, thin and delicate as an eggshell, was created by the Arita artisans of Saga Prefecture, who have a four-hundred-year history in porcelain pottery.
